Prepack Tab
On this tab you can create your own prepacks. The Prepack tab contains prepacks that you have put together. We have included some prepacks in the sample data included with your program.

Select/Modify a Prepack
A Prepack is a predetermined assortment belonging to a specific manufacturer. Prepacks are typically used to create collections of products that are useful to the salesperson. For example, look at the Prepack called Best Sellers LB for Andrews & McMeel. Select this Prepack by selecting the row in the upper most table. You will notice that the table below called Prepack Detail changes to reflect the items in this particular Prepack. You can add a new item to this Prepack (or any other Prepack) by placing your mouse cursor in the blank row at the bottom of the Prepack Detail table. When you do this, you will notice that the first 3 columns of information have already been filled out for you. All you need to do is place your mouse pointer in the last column and identify the product you would like to add. Then, select the row above to accept your change.

Create a new Prepack
To add a new Prepack, place your mouse cursor in the blank row at the bottom of the Prepack table at the top of the screen. Identify the manufacturer by selecting it from the combo box. Give the Prepack a name and if you wish, further identify it with a description. Then, select the row above to accept your change. At this point you have created a new Prepack but it has no information in it. To add information (products) to your Prepack, select the Prepack name with your mouse. Then, go to the Prepack Detail table below and add products to the Prepack as described above.

You will notice when you select a Prepack that the total for the Prepack is shown in the Prepack Total box on the screen. This will help you identify the cost of the Prepack for you or your customer.  You may print a specific Prepack or all of the prepacks from this screen as well.
