Click on the OK button. You have created a file of your local orders. In the above example, your file would be called "C:\WOW\ReceivedOrders\WOW1XX.txt". In your individual case, the filename will be different. However, the location of the file will be in the "C:\WOW\ReceivedOrders" folder. Now that you have create the file, you must send the file as an attachment with your email system. In the above example, you would send the file "C:\WOW\ReceivedOrders\WOW1XX.txt" as an attachment to the coordinator for your office. Coordinator Instructions The coordinator will receive all of the attached files from all of the salespersons for a rep principal. The coordinator should save all of the files from all of the email messages from the respective sales personnel in the "C:\WOW\ReceivedOrders" folder. This will consolidate all of the orders in one location. After the order files are all received by the coordinator, they can be imported into WOW by using the WOW Import program. |
