How does WOWSCAN work ?

Basic operation of WOWSCAN:
- Select a customer for the order. If the customer is new, select New Customer.
- Scan as many products within a "line" as you wish
- If you want to scan a new line, create a new order number, re-select the customer and scan the new line.
- When you are done scanning for this customer, insert WOWSCAN to the docking station and press the button.
- This will send the orders to WOW
- Within WOW, import the Orders
- Select the order number
  • Finish and/or fine-tune the order in WOW
  • Add special terms, shipping instructions
  • Modify ship dates, cancel dates
  • Modify any other aspect of the order.
  • Print the PO for the customer.
Optional operation allows you to create a "receipt" for your customer by using an infrared printer. Just point the wireless scanner at the printer and create your receipt.
